Purchased from them long sleeve Palm Angels top and it was showing on a label MADE IN UE. I decided to check authentity of this item and sent pictures to this brand's customer services. I was very disappointed when they got in touch with me to confirm it is counterfeit product as their original tops have completely different labels.

Clothes were all great, only feedback would be to use different couriers than Fastway as they left my order in the middle of my garden like it had been thrown from their van.

No issues with the item itself, but I paid for next day delivery and it did not arrive on time. Emails requesting money back for delivery ignored ?

Not interested in refunding me delivery or return postage for a bad quality product. Possibly the worst returns policy/help I’ve ever come across in all retail shopping, cannot seem to escalate to management either. Dismissed me as not having photos and did not ask me for any at any point. Not interested. Worse than sports direct, spent over £200 in total

Ordered one day delivered the next and only paid for standard two day delivery. Unfortunately had to return it but the money was back in my account within 2 days

I spent £200 on items and expressly stated that the package should not be left in any public areas but brought to my door. The delivery was apparently left in an open area and I have never received it. I contacted customer services who told me there was nothing they can do. Appalling customer care especially at a time when consumer confidence is low and people are struggling. I am still awaiting a response to my latest emails.

Delivery always on time. Great selection of garments and shoes. Would recommend Flannels to a friend or Family Member.

Spent a over a grand, both shoe box and bag boxes battered and ripped, looked visibly old stock. Mark on Off White bag which I was able to clean off. Paid for next day delivery and arrived 2 days later. Their sale pricing is often really good though if you know your RRP’s. Sometimes pricing is off/inflated though but I guess it’s due to their purchase pricing at any given time. Not had a bad experience before but was rather underwhelmed on this order. Didn’t feel it was worth complaining as too much of a faff but if they were gifts I deffo would have returned everything. Hopefully better next time, will still order as normal as a trustworthy retailer and customer service responsive.

I ordered an item and I receive a different item. Mathew from the customer service said he will return it back to me and that he will quality check the item before sending a new one, and he repeated the same mistake twice and he sent me for the second time the wrong item.
Extremely bad service, and website to shop from.
